Hi Sarah,

Bitbucket is currently down.  This is a temporary situation, but I am not sure when they'll have service restored.  In the meantime, I've put a tarball up at:

http://dist.g2.bx.psu.edu/galaxy-dist.b258de1e6cea.tar.gz
